Hello!
My name is Michel Akili, I am a social worker and content designer based in Kenya. I have contributed to the growth of the Association of Volunteers for Health Promotion in Burundi and private health professionals. My journey in the health sector began with a strong academic foundation in social sciences, which laid the foundation for what has become a rewarding career in the social care sector.
In today's world, digital modernization is rapidly and constantly transforming practices in the health and social care sectors. I am at the forefront of reshaping training and development within the CDS and the private sector. My involvement not only educates but also inspires health professionals by integrating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into our traditional training frameworks.
I was grow up in Democratic Republic of Congo and French is my first language, since i finished my studies I decided to share with people a positive influence by teaching them french. During my career as a French Teacher I helped many students and employees in Burundi to speak french.
My key strengths include critical thinking, in-depth research and effective communication, all of which are essential to my ability to continually innovate and raise the standards of social training. I am committed to lifelong learning and constantly seeking new ways to improve educational outcomes and patient care through professional development.
