In many rural communities across Uganda, young people have never touched a computer. They dream of becoming professionals, entrepreneurs, and innovators-yet they lack access to the most basic digital tools.
Kataka Ministries Digital Skills & ICT Empowerment Program is changing this reality.
Why This Program Matters
Every year, 150 youth and women receive hands-on ICT training including:
- Basic Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Internet & Email Communication
- Digital Entrepreneurship
- Graphic Design Basics
- Online Safety & Cyber Awareness
With your support, these students gain skills that open doors to education, employment, and online business opportunities.
The Challenge
The program requires 60,000,000 UGX (~$16,000 USD) annually to provide computers, internet access, trainers, and outreach activities.
Many participants cannot afford training fees. Without donors, this program cannot continue.
